My Reasons Why I Became An Online Marketer
70Becoming an online marketer
A question that has been asked to me a lot is why I became an online marketer? The answer to that question is love. Love? What the heck is this guy talking about? Well let me explain.
For years I have worked in regular nine to five jobs, running the rat race just like everybody else. I hated my life...just like everyone else. I was trapped in my job knowing that it was a dead end. Sure there would be promotions and a raise every now and then but I would never have what I always dreamt of. My dreams would stay my dreams and never turn into my goals. Why? I did not love what I did for a living. I had no passion for my work and nothing behind that passion kept it going.
It is a Struggle
It is a struggle out there and people live through this every day. Waking up, getting ready, going to work, coming home and doing it all over again. They do this because it is what is expected of them. It falls within their “comfort zone” and always guarantees a cheque at the end of the months which usually just lasted until the end of that same day because of expenses. I did not want this for the rest of my life. I once spoke to a friend of my father, and during that conversation I heard words I never want to speak myself. This man told me, and I quote, “I have been working like a slave for the past 40 years and I am tired. It is time to retire and spend my last days with the little money I have managed to save up.”
I want to be able to be able to retire young. I want to be able to wake up every day and look forward to spending a couple of hours working and the rest of the day with my family. I want to be able to look my kids in the eye one day and say that I truly enjoyed building the life that they now live. Not that I had to work like a slave and struggle to provide for them every month.

My Reasons
I needed to find something that I loved. Something I could work for and something that would drive my passion for my work. I searched long and hard and then found the two reasons that now are the fire of my soul. These two reasons are, number one, my family. At the time of taking control of my future and becoming an online marketer my fiancé was eight months pregnant and we would soon have our first child. The day she was born, and I looked into those baby blue eyes of hers, I found my first reason. I now had a true family. I needed to provide for them. I wanted to give them the life they deserved, but more importantly I wanted to be able to spend as much time with them as possible.
My second reason for becoming an online marketer is my soft heart. I could not stand seeing other people struggle and know that I couldn’t help or even try to help them. I knew that by becoming an online marketer I had control over my own destiny. I could build myself up. Build a future and financial future that would enable me to support and spend time with my family as well as enable me to start doing good for other people; to start helping the less fortunate. To be able to help abused children recover or just to be able to be there for them. Providing what I can and helping where I can is one of my goals.
Having a clear vision of why I wanted to become an online marketer made the decision very easy for me. I stepped outside of my comfort zone and I have never looked back. Having the full support of my fiancé helps a lot and the fact that I don’t listen to the negative people anymore makes it so much easier to stay on track. I made up my mind and I have taken the steps to my dream future.
How about you? What struggles to you still have when thinking about becoming an online marketer? Everybody has their different struggles and I love listening to them and trying to help. Don’t get me wrong, I am not selling anything here. I truly want to help everybody that is struggling with this difficult first step. In the end help is all we can ask for.
